No. Credentials can only be created by the attester (institution). The institution must verify their identity through our Trust Ladder. The graduate receives the credential but cannot create or modify it.
Right now, credentials require institutional participation. We're working on ways for graduates to request credential issuance from their institutions through Attestum™.
